Refund Policy
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
To initiate your return, please contact our support team at support@emilycartermanchester.com. Make sure to include your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email or on the invoice included with your package.
We will review your request and, once approved, provide full instructions for returning your item(s). Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorisation.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item. All returns must be sent to our return facility: The Trafford Centre, 9 The Dome, Manchester, M17 8DA, United Kingdom.
Please note that delays caused by customs or shipping carriers are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds. For bundle purchases, all items within the bundle must be returned together as a complete set; partial returns are not accepted.
When We Cover Return Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a resolution and cover return costs where applicable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 2–4 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within the same timeframe.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@emilycartermanchester.com.
