Shipping Policy
How Your Order Ships
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing on the same day. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your purchase and started preparing your items. This preparation typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your items have been prepared, they will be dispatched from our facility and you will receive another email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days (Monday–Friday).
In total, your order should arrive within 4–12 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of purchase.
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
If Your Order Is Running Late
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, there is no need to worry. We recommend allowing up to 2 additional business days and checking your tracking information for updates.
Please allow up to 3 extra business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us. If your order still has not arrived after this period, please contact us at support@emilycartermanchester.com and we will investigate immediately.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@emilycartermanchester.com. Once your order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Wrong or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with clear photographs of the issue. We will review your case and ensure you receive the correct or replacement items as quickly as possible.
